Board member: Media & Communication
We are currently seeking a committed Board Member for the area of Media & Communications to join our board.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s public communication strategy and advertisement
- Manage EGI’s social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Create visual and written content for both online and print media
- Support public relations efforts and media outreach for events and projects
- Collaborate with other board members on strategic communication
Your Profile
- Currently studying at one of the college or universities in Zurich
- Your study field is Communication Studies, Marketing, Media Management, or something related
- You have experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- You have experience in photography and photo editing
- Creative mindset with a strong sense for visual storytelling
- Reliable, team-oriented, and interested in topics such as efficient governance, policy, and civil engagement
Requirements
- Own camera equipment
- Fluent in English and German
- Be ready to participate in our events and share our values
